• The prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease or medical condition

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emma Judges, The 30-Day Kickstarter Plan, and any affiliated entities or representatives shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Any injuries, illnesses, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from participation in the Program
• Any decisions you make based on information provided in the Program
• Any allergic reactions, food intolerances, or negative health outcomes
• Lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other economic losses
• Any damages arising from your failure to consult with a healthcare provider before starting the Program

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Emma Judges, The 30-Day Kickstarter Plan, and any affiliated entities from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your participation in the Program
• Your failure to obtain medical clearance before starting the Program
• Your failure to follow medical advice
• Any misrepresentation of your health status
• Your violation of these terms

You are responsible for:

• Proper food handling, storage, and preparation according to food safety guidelines
• Ensuring all ingredients are fresh and safe for consumption
• Following cooking instructions carefully
• Being aware of and avoiding any foods to which you are allergic or intolerant

We are not responsible for foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, or other adverse events resulting from food preparation or consumption.

You acknowledge that:

• The meal plans provided are suggestions and can be modified by you
• You are free to make substitutions based on your preferences, dietary needs, or medical requirements
• Any modifications you make are at your own discretion and risk
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from modifications you make to the meal plan

You should immediately stop the Program and consult your healthcare provider if you experience:

• Severe or persistent digestive issues
• Allergic reactions
• Unusual fatigue, dizziness, or weakness
• Any concerning physical or mental health symptoms
• Worsening of any pre-existing health conditions

By purchasing and participating in The 30-Day Kickstarter Plan, you explicitly acknowledge that:
