WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Week 1 - Group Zoom Coaching Call & Transformation Journal/Wookbook - let's set you up to succeed! During this call we go through the meal plan and what to expect.
Week 2 - Nutritionist developed Meal Plan starts. Dinners are designed for the whole family, so no need to cook separately.
Week 3 - Continue on Meal Plan + Additional Group Zoom Coaching Call to go over additional questions or queries.
Week 4 - Final week of Meal Plan, with the option to continue with a monthly membership to assist with accountability, recipes, education and more!
** As an added bonus, you'll receive "Nutrition Basics" to download immediately - a comprehensive guide on nutrition facts and supplements, along with a protein conversion tool.
